I had a nice experience! I got my nails painted then a snowflake on the 4th fingers and it only cost me 10. I booked an appointment in advance which is the best thing to do and i didn't have to wait very long.
I had the SNS and they had very little colours. My nails were all different lengths even after I said to the lady, she seemed to get annoyed with me. They lasted a day So I was very disappointed. I used to live in high Wycombe and have had my nails done in sns for over a year and they usually last 3-4 weeks. I will not be returning here
Always very polite and very chatty. Make me feel very welcome. My nails always look amazing too! Would highly recommend!

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. Just RUBBISH like some of the reviewers have already stated. They are plain RUDE and UNFRIENDLY! I was 10min late for my appointment. BTW, it doesn't matter if you make an appointment because they will make you wait no matter how early you arrive to your appointment anyway, and you have to put up with it... However, if you arrive a few minutes late, they will tell you off, especially the owner! They have NO customer service skills at all. I knew I was running late, after I acknowledged that I was late I asked her how long was the wait. SO, she became incredibly rude telling me that she didn't have time to wait for anyone and that she wasn't going to turn away customers. Seriously?! All I did was to ask a simple question. At that point I was willing to wait since I was responsible for missing the appointment. She was so nasty that I just turned around and left. This is the last thing you need on Saturday morning when you just want to be pampered for a bit. It's just unacceptable to be treated that way.
