First class site very clean very close to the canal and pub very good food good price
This a Park Home site with permanent residents not a camping site
Unhelpful management refused to refund nearly 2 weeks rent as was staying on this site for duration of work contract. Due to unforseen family problem had to leave under the 4 weeks. Management flatly refused any refund. Site was boggy and water logged with the electric hook ups tripping or going off 3 times in a week. Amenities was a single cabin containing toilet and shower. Building work carried out from early morning so not the quietest. I certainly would not recommend to anyone stay clear and find a friendly site.
Very poor customer service. Website is very out of date. Not been updated since new owners took over. No relevant information on there.Had to cancel booking. No information was giving about a cancellation fees at time of booking. Then they say they charge 50% cancellation fee. Very disappointed.
Quite a pleasant place, staff were friendly, fields were clean, facilities were clean. Fields are a bit narrow and with no kids playground we felt a little uncomfortable letting our kids play in case they bothered other campers. We were a bit unlucky that a drunk resident insisted to have an argument with his neighbour at midnight. There's a pond at the back of the site which I hope they develop the surrounding grounds as it could be really nice when we went it was just a dirt area. No shop on site and although google shows a playground just down the road that's now new build houses. I'll be keeping an eye on it in case they do update the camping area in which case I would go back.
