Previously my review stated that Grovebury were responsable for supplying a dangerous lease car. Now, and with all the facts available I would like to retract that review as they were not responsible at all and have in fact done everything that they could do to put right the problem which is now complete.
My Sportage broke down.....I called the Oxford dealer who sold it to me and was told 10 days before they could look at it, no other solutions, a take it or leave it attitude.On the advice of the recovery guy, I called Grovebury.....they said bring it over, that was Monday evening, by Wednesday morning it was fixed, washed, polished and back with me. Brilliant service, very courteous, kept in touch, even called me back (I know!). So from now on they get business, only frustrated that I didnt buy from them in the first place. Next car!
Probably the best dealer I've bought from. Aran and Wayne couldn't have done more for us. A returning customer continues to be impressed. Customer care easily out classes the likes of Land Rover and Mercedes Oxford.
Absolute first class service! 100% trust in them. Will be using them for all my car needs for years to come, had a service, filled up the washer fluids but only needed a little top up so they put the left over screen wash in my car in a bottle! Could have kept it like some garages but no they gave me the rest. Not all garages would do that! Fantastic service.
