Avoid here like the plague! This company dont like to take responsibility for their work! A few months ago my car developed a throttle pedal fault. I took my car here and they charged me 230 odd quid for diagnostic test, labour and parts which was fair enough. Months later however my car developed the exact same fault so I returned my car here and they charged me for the same job again apart from the part for the foot pedal as this was still under warranty. I was annoyed that I had to even fork out another penny for the same job but they informed me that pedal was a faulty part that they had ordered from Vauxhall so it was Vauxhall who were at fault according to B.V.S. They then left me to pick up the pieces by saying I need to contact Vauxhalls customer care if Im not happy with paying for the same job again to get my car fixed as it was their faulty part. I found this extremely unprofessional on B.V.S part as they took this matter on in the first place when I initially brought my car here and they were responsible for obtaining the part from Vauxhall and i felt like they were pushing the dilemma on to me to get it resolved when really, they should have been chasing it up for me as Im the customer. So to sum up: they charge you for the same job again if your car develops the same fault months later, and they dont like accepting responsibility for chasing up their work. In future I will be taking my car directly to a Vauxhall dealer.
Do Not Use!!! Booked in car for service and MOT before christmas so car would be good to travel to relatives. Was told needed new power steering pump which was fitted and car was returned. They had passed the MOT but failed to notice the reverse light was not working so question how thorough their MOTs are, and what else may have been missed. The car also now had no power steering at all and was impossible to turn the wheel. When my father called to ask them to fix it asap as we had to travel 4 hours to relatives we were told it would not be possible and it was 'too inconvenient' for them to fix a faulty part they had installed before christmas leaving us with no car. Absolutely terrible customer service and completely denied any responsibility for their work or parts they install (if you supply a service you are responsible for the parts you supply!!!) Definately would not recommend!!!

Great service for my opinion.Sent by my breakdown cover insurance, Daniel came earlier than expected and spot the main issue.We asked to be escorted to a garage close to our final destination (around 6 miles from the breakdown spot), no problem, no extra charges.The garage was open only for half day (was Saturday), so Daniel offer to help us in case they can't fix it in time.Friendly and polite service, nice sense of humor, that help in this cases.We been able to keep enjoying our holiday like nothing happen.
