Avoid going to the GUCCI in BICESTER VILLAGE !! I went there 2 times and bought 2 pieces of dress for myself. The staff came to me and said you are not allow to buy at this hour due to our traders policy, you have to come back on the next day before 9.30am . I only bought 2 dress and the staff putting a wrong assumption that Im a trader. However he allowed my friend who walked in with me to purchase. Is this the way Luxuries brand treat their customers ? Is it because Im Asian ? Racist ? Discriminate ? The staff (black man) who spoke to me sounds not even trained or go to school before with such a bad manners! Such a shame!
THE STAFF ARE SO UP THEMSELVES ITS UNBELIEVABLE, THEY NEVER APPROACH YOU, YOU HAVE TO GO ASK THEM URSELF FOR HELP - IT MIGHT BE A OUTLET STORE BUT STILL FOR A LUXURY BRAND ITS TERRIBLE
If you love queuing, this is the place for you. It's notoriously busy on Boxing Day but we queued for an hour to get in the shop, then had to queue again just to go upstairs, once we'd chosen the items we wanted, then had another hours queue just to pay, even though there were only 5 people in front.
I was there last Friday .Good customer service.All staff were so helpful. Highly recommended! I m a happy customer.Well done to all for dealing all your customers with respect.
