I have been selling AMS GAP Insurance for over 10 years and i have never had an issue with the products i have sold. I have had customer make claims and they have always been settled to complete satisfaction! I would recommend AMS to everyone! Good decent, HONEST family run business!
Having taken out a GAP policy to protect myself against my finance agreement, I unfortunately had to claim due to my car being stolen.A payment was offered from my insurance company and Catherine Tagliata had stated AMS were happy with the settlement figure - i was deducted 10% and explained this to Catherine at the time. No remarks were made at this time about me not retrieving the 10% back through my policy.Once the settlement was paid Catherine had stated that the 10% was not due to be paid by AMS as this was deductions from the insurance company....So after they had told me to accept payment and a settlement I am now 1800 less off.THIS IS NOT A GAP POLICY - THIS IS NOT A RTI POLICY COMPANY.NOT TO BE TRUSTED. MISINFORMED AND VERY DISAPPOINTED
