Awful, we called at the end of our tenancy to pay any outstanding council tax, they gave us a final amount to pay. Over a year later they called me back saying actually there was another outstanding 100 that they did not see at the time and that they were actually charging me 400 with charges. Obviously I payed it because you dont want to get on the wrong side of these corrupt bullies as they will happily ruin your life. I asked for a receipt sent to me once I made payment to confirm o never had to deal with these scum bags again and they never sent. So Ill probably get another call for more money. Shocking really that they get away with it.
