We stayed 2 nights and everything was great. I need to add that the customer service from the 2 girls on the front desk was exemplary, I only got 1 girl's name, she was Ruth, but both girls were warm and welcoming.
Nice hotel and mostly clean although bathroom could do with a deep clean. And parking could be better advertised as it's not clear when you park in if and when it's free.
Very poor hotel experience. Not using TL again, mean it this time. Beds did not have sheets on. Not turned as per labels. Had to make bed into double ourselves with beds at diffeeent height. Disabled access room (as requested and needed) poor facilities in room. Only 1 panic cord in whole room. Receptionist said he would resolve issue next day, wasnt even working next day and our complaint not handed over. Only benefit is the location but I would rather pay more and walk further. ****18.12 Update still arguing with customer service as they refuse to offer a refund.
Clean and basic. Near restaurants and cinema, so good central location. Value for money. Rooms are small. Beds are fairly comfortable but also a bit small for a double.
Hotel was clean, comfortable and staff were friendly and informative. Good location with a vast choice of eateries close by. Pay close attention to the parking restrictions in the multi story.
