No common sense, said we didn't need Id when tickets were bought then asked for id when we tried to enter meaning we had to get a refund yet some of us had travelled a fairly far distance to see the film, when we showed photos of our passport they said that they could have been forged. Bloody ridiculous, I won't be returning till some common sense is applied to their so called "rule book". Big up odean for their good and fair customer service. P.s learn to make decent nachos a bit of cheese on some crisps ain't worth 6
Cinema quite modern and clean with few screens for small audience. Been in for a children's movie and it was extremely loud sound effects. Parking is difficult, be aware of 2 hour limit or pay for one extra hour with your cinema receipt.
It's good, you have some large screens and some smaller ones which I prefer generally. The queues to get popcorn are not normally that bad. They don't seem to mind if you've brought your own coffee with you etc. The sound and visual quality is excellent, you very much feel immersed.
Cinema great! Staff do their best, it seems. Ticket prices acceprable and free parking a bonus - simple to leave car - but There isn't ONE option of a healthy snack. They are missing an opportunity.... It needs 'someone' to start with offering less sugar, less salt, less artificial stuff. - I suppose "come prepared and bring your own".
Booked tickets and seats we wanted online no problem. Modern cinema with pleasant helpful staff. Comfortable seats, nice clean areas.
