Phoned on Saturday promised to come out but never turned up! Great service! Could have got someone else had we known!
I was fitting new taps and ran into trouble. I called at 1700 and Gordon was out by 1730 - on a Saturday! By 1830 the job was done and very professionally too. Gordon is very very reasonably priced and gives a really friendly service whilst being very efficient. I would definitely recommend Gordon and will be making him the first point of call in the future. Thanks!
Competent enough, and pleasant guy however was not Gas Safe registered and after repeated requests for a Gas Safe cert for CH installation still no response!! Check this before getting anything installed that could affect sale of house in future!
Wouldn't recommend.Re-fitted my bathroom. Didn't check with me what fitting I would like, and had to organise replacements myself when he brought them over on the day of fitting (Even though he promised he would send photos before hand). Bath seal leaked. Shower Screen was incorrectly fitted and leaked. Shower Pump was incorrectly fitted and didn't start (I had this confirmed by other plumbers). Scratched up shower when refitting pump. Often didn't turn up on days he promised. Cut through an asbestos board when fitting an extractor fan. Took him weeks to come and fix problems. Time keeping was very bad.
Fast and friendly service. Our broken toilet was fixed in no time at all. he also tidies up completely after the job is done, which is more than I can say for some of the other people I've had round to do work.
