This is the worst post office I have ever been ,very rude and unreasonable .
If I could give less than one star I would! The service is terrible, the people working there dont want to serve you and when they finally do it looks like such a chore for them. No manners or care! Will not being going there unless I really have to!
Every time I have been in the staff have always been rude. They need to go on a customer service training.
Generally good place but premises much too small for main town cente Post Office.
Very disappointed with being shouted at by Lauren with red hair and different coloured nails. I asked for recorded delivery and got told there is no recorded delivery. I repeated the question as I was not aware of a change to then be told yet again there is none. Now I was unsure what I needed at that point.. She said first or second... My colleague then asked another helpful member of staff who said there used to be but it has changed.Laurathen shouted at myself and her colleagues saying there wasn't... Now I was in disbelief at this behaviour and lack of care..I'm shaken up and she bullies the people she works with something needs to be done!!!
