Great service. Had Kully do it for me. Can't fault him. Knows his Ford cars inside and out! Was also impressed with how Callum could break nuts!!Would be coming here again.
Wonderful Dealer, Jeff is an example to all ford dealers on how they should handle their customers, I felt taken care of, respected and felt I was getting an honest service. I wont consider anywhere else now for any fords, they just don't come remotely close to his service.
I would 100% recommend Bicester ford. I somehow managed to break my car on my way into work, pulled into Bicester ford as it was the only garage I could think of on my way to work and the team couldn't of been more helpful from the mechanic to the sales team. from the min I walked panicked through the door my safety was their main priority which is very humble and I'm certainly very grateful guys. so a huge thank you again keep doing what you are doing.
