They cleaned my car back in November 2018 with the Hand Wash Bucket and cloth, scratching my front screen as the video demonstrates as I sent photos and this video to Waves Customer Service and now in February 2019 have not had a letter, phone call or any apology or compensation for the scratch marks on my drivers side front windscreen. I do not recommend this service to any one if problems occur and they scratch your car either on the glass or bodywork you will be dealing with a FRANCHISEE who operates and runs the car wash and a customer service team who are not professional and can not adhere to any time frame they tell you. There are plenty of other car wash services in the area that use a jet wash system and have a team of people who are supervised and are more professional. My experience was with the large Extra Tesco Supermarket, Broadfield Retail Park car wash (the one near McDonalds), but they also have one in the smaller Tesco on Tring Road, if your wanting to use a bucket and sponge I suggest you do it at home with water you know will be clean without a sediment of stones and grit in the bottom, I would never trust any of these car wash set ups again.
