Very rough on the car with no respect!! Even seen one of the car washer people open someones door to powerwash the inside door sills!
Had my car washed by these guys and a 7 cash wash has now cost me 60. My car is a Ford and the front and back badges have been damaged which I know were not like it prior to it being washed by Wave Car Wash. I went to Ford to have the badges replaced, they advised me that the damage is is due to the chemicals used when washed. When I took my car back the car wash they tried to tell me it was an ongoing fault with Ford Badges and that they would take no responsibility for the damage. My car is 13 years old, in very good condition, furthermore never had problems with the badges until washed by Waves Car Wash. Will never use them again!!!!!!!!
Great service! Rocked up with a dirty car, left with a clean car. Friendly, good attention to detail & all done in 15 minutes.
Expensive and they don't do a good job and seem to be in a rush. They wanted 20 to clean my vehicle which is no bigger than an average car. Not recommended.
This bunch of "highly trained profesionals" drove my vehicle with the parking brake on because they couldn't find the release lever and did nearly 200 worth of damage in the process. They then conveniently forgot to mention the issue which then became apparent when I got home and the brake wouldn't work.I wouldn't trust them to wash my wheelie bin and would never, ever go back!!!
