I have Been with this doctors for a long time and I always used to get very good care, unfortunately in the last year my opinion of the practice has changed Ive had very rude receptionists judging personal situations that are out of my control. Ive had referrals that are over the 18week wait as promised them when I researched and found a hospital I can recieve care sooner they said I was wrong, in fact I off my own back now have an appointment in 3 weeks rather than 36 that Victoria house referred. Ive had appointments with doctors in agony and told there is nothing they can do and sent me away with no pain killers only to end up in a and e. Like I say this wasnt always my opinion of this practice unfortunately I think they are over worked with a lot of upset and angry patients like myself wanting appointments and care. Something needs to Change but Im not sure how much can be. First thing would be to listen to patients and have a bit more empathy for them
Last night at 4pm (19th) I brought my little girl down, Myree, to see a doctor, my little one had a temp of 39.9, I saw one doctor but I can not remember her name though..very caring and very passionate and lovley, also the duty doctor I didnt get his name either, they were both Really lovley. Would be good to know who they were x
The physio guy, is a proper legend. I think his name is Dale
Brilliant experience everytime I have visited there. Excellent doctors, nurses and reception staff. Changed from other local surgery to here as so impressed.
Usually very helpful but been very hard to get appointments the last year and sometimes can't get through on the phone for the whole day. Very good and nice doctors and nurses.
