The children's pool is nice and warm during the spring-summer months. During the autumn it was bit cold. Baby swimming diapers were available at the cashier 1.05 in 2018.

If it wasn't the only pool in Bicester...i couldn't see me coming.Poor poor customer service, non engaging staff member.As i have signed up in January, a member of staff thought it was funny to suggest I would only come for the first month?!Very encouraging.Nobody told me how to book into classes or about the app, I saw a sign for it at reception...but require a code which I was never given...
This has become a gym run by primary school children doing school practice. The pool is absolutely disgusting, the wet sauna smells of mould, and there is nobody responsible around. Go to the town centre, it is cheaper and cleaner.
I live outside Bicester so I am hitting the gym sporadically. During the festive period, wanted to attend a bit more often, however, given that you never update the timetables on your website (who's managing your websites?!!!) I had to call to find out if you are open and until what hour. But calling you is even worse. You never pick up the phone, and it ends up to an automatic answer. So had to drive to the gym several times over the last two weeks just to find it closed. You must get this sorted ASAP.
