Gym was decent and relatively clean. However I left my jacket hanging up and it was stolen. I left it when the gym was closing so my suspicion was it was a member of staff.
Friendly family run gym. No meatheads. It's converted from a warehouse which means there's lots of space, decent equipment and room to breathe. It gets busier in the evenings, but daytime is quieter. You can get regular reviews/assessment of your programme (if you want to) or just do your own thing.
