Absolutely fantastic service. I came across their website during my search for an engagement ring, and was amazed by how dynamic the ring designs were. I loved that I could pick the ring I wanted, then make adjustments to it including the quality of metal and which stones I wanted to put on it. I was able to personalise the ring to exactly how I wanted it, which is something i couldn't do on other websites.Once I was told the ring was ready, I was delighted by how welcoming and professional the consultant was. Tracy was brilliant when we had to get the ring re-sized because I was way off the correct size! In the end we got the ring re-sized within 7 days. My Fiance was so pleased with the ring, she couldn't say no!I was also informed that they were able to 3D scan the engagement ring, and build a wedding ring that would fit perfectly around the engagement ring, which was really impressive. Even more-so that they offered us a 10% discount on the wedding ring we later purchased from them.The service from Biagio is absolutely amazing, and would recommend this Jewellers to everyone. - Thanks Biagio!
