I think this place is over exaggerated.. too expensive ..one can get same items half price frim other jewellers or get them made cheap with exact same material....
Very small shop. But good service.
Only good thing is the prices. Awful customer service, staff would rather stand around chatting to each other than serving. When I eventually did get served the member of staff appeared as if she didn't want to serve customers and would rather of been anywhere else but here , she couldn't of got us out the shop any quicker.

Been here a few times and some of the staff (I say some I mean most) have been really rude. Not smiling much and back chatting about previous customers. They don't seem to be happy to serve customers and answering questions about their items. It's the only store I've ever been done here this has been the case. Other stores in England America and Canada I have visited have been a delight. Went today and didn't get the girls name but she was very abrupt and had a rude manner. Went in two weeks ago and two girls named Melisa and Lauren were EXTREMELY rude and came across as racist. We had previously been served by Melisa and she was rude then as well. However, on a plus.. Megan, Olivia and Helen were very apologetic for Melisa and Laurens disgusting, possibly racist customer relations skills. I do believe CEO needs to know..
