firstly. once you register as an NHS patient . be aware that you will never get the proper dental service you want compared to private service as the NHS prices are ((cheaper)). very all the dentist can do is a thorough check up and a treatment plan. then another appointment one month later. until your tooth get damaged. the hygienist a very dishonest person .i have been required a full mouth scalling and polishing and she ckeanwd only three teeth, then asked me to come back six months later. very very poor quality not recommended at all. look somewhere else for a better service.
Just been taken on at the causeway practice, after being seen earlier with an a emergency. Absolutely brilliant experience. I was so nervous and scared because of a previous dental experience with another dentist, but i was made to feel at ease and was cared for extremely well. Very happy with my treatment.
The lady was very rude when she was spoke with me. She shouted to me at the front of my face.
I cannot praise the team at Causeway highly enough after they saw me on an Emergency basis - they rearranged their schedule and saw me twice in one day ensuring I still have my front tooth. Brilliant care leaving me literally with a smile. Thanks
