I visited here with my 2 children for there first visit to see the dentist. Jay & Amy were amazing with them. Calm, reassuring and very friendly. They were both unsure & abit nervous but Jay & Amy made them feel comfortable and made it fun for them. I would highly reccomened Damira dental.
I am, to put it mildly a very nervous patient. Even when the dentist asks me to open my mouth, I start panicking. Stems back from a bad experience many years ago at a different practice. I was lucky enough to be seen by Ja and his assistant Lilly. I just had to take the time to write an appreciative, positive review. Ja has a natural, calming persona and put me totally at ease. On top of that, the whole practice is immaculate and of course well situated being right next to Sainsburys meaning parking is not an issue. HIGHLY RECCOMMENDED. Everyone is really friendly; the reception area was nice and warm whilst I waited (and my wait time was minimal).
Went here yesterday for an emergency appointment. There was no problem to see me straight away. They are super-kind, helpful and friendly. Normally, I'm petrified of Dental visits, but they put me right at ease. Definitely my dental practice of choice!! Thank you so much!
My husband went to the practice today to drop off our families NHS applications. He arrived during the lunch break when the reception is locked. One of the team (Lauren) was eating her lunch and was kind enough to interrupt her meal and open the door so my husband could drop the forms in. Great customer service and bodes well for the future - than you.
Excellent service. We have recently had a bad experience at another local dentist in Bicester so my daughter was very anxious. She is autistic and they were brilliant with her. Joao, the dentists made her feel relaxed and at ease. He explained everything that was going to happen and was very down to earth and friendly. Zahra was the nurse, very polite, and professional. Reception staff were also very polite and helpful. If they continue the way they have begun, this will be a brilliant asset to our town!
