As a nervous patient I of course dread the dentist but I go for regular checkups and when I need help, as I did today. The Receptionist could not have been kinder, the dentist I saw was very gentle, very thorough, patient with this scardey-cat of a patient! really nice, didn't rush me. I have been coming to this Practice for years and have never, ever had a bad experience. Friendly, warm and good with nervous patients. Absolutely brilliant surgery!
A seriously bad dental practice on many different levels. They are located on the top floor of a building without a lift and only a very narrow and steep staircase. This means that it is extremely difficult for elderly and people with children to access. Furthermore, they have very out dated processes (everything has to be in writing - they do not have the internet or emails) and the staff are quite rude. Would not recommend.
Very good service from Mr Rahman yesterday at Greytown. Explained my treatment to me and I felt he had my best interests at heart. The practice is friendly and helpful.
Usually easy to get an appointment but annoying to have a different dentist every time you go.Seems they take on new grads for a year or so then they leave and some definitely better than others.But not easy to find an NHS dentist now
not a good place to go to if you are nervous NHS customer may to feel very 2nd class
